AI TOOLS
Anthropic has rolled out Claude’s improved Excel integration to all Pro subscribers, moving it beyond chat and into hands-on spreadsheet work. The update is designed for people who actually live inside Excel, analysts, finance teams, and operators.
Claude can now read, edit, and analyze Excel files directly
Handles formulas, tables, financial models, and large datasets
Enables natural-language analysis without manual spreadsheet cleanup
Built for faster decision-making inside existing workflows

AI isn’t winning by chatting better, it’s winning by embedding into the tools people already use. By turning Claude into a true Excel-native assistant, Anthropic is quietly going after analysts, finance teams, and enterprises where real leverage (and money) lives.

AI PARTNERSHIPS
After internal AI struggles and delayed Siri upgrades, Apple has struck a deal with Google to power the next generation of Siri using Gemini models, marking a major strategic shift away from fully in-house AI.
Gemini will power Siri in iOS 26.4, enabling context-aware actions using personal data and on-screen content
A fully reimagined, conversational Siri (codename Campos) is coming in iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27
Apple plans to run advanced Siri models directly on Google’s cloud and TPUs for better speed and accuracy
Internal AI leadership reshuffled, with Craig Federighi taking control and former AI head John Giannandrea pushed out

Apple is treating AI models as infrastructure, not identity. By betting on Gemini, Apple prioritizes user experience over ownership, signaling that in the AI era, who builds the model matters less than who ships the best product.
AI NEWS
OpenAI and Anthropic are racing to position chatbots as health “allies,” encouraging users to share diagnoses, lab results, and wellness data. But experts argue consumer AI tools aren’t bound by the same legal, ethical, or safety standards as real healthcare providers.
ChatGPT Health promises privacy, but protections rely mostly on company policiesnot healthcare law
Consumer tools are not legally bound by HIPAA, unlike clinical-grade healthcare systems
Terms of use can change over time, meaning data protections aren’t guaranteed
AI chatbots still frequently give misleading or dangerous health advice

Healthcare runs on trust, regulation, and accountability. While AI can improve access and understanding, today’s consumer chatbots operate in a gray zone, where your most sensitive data is protected largely by promises, not enforceable safeguards.

HOW TO AI
📱 How to Setup & Use Clawdbot (Your Own 24/7 AI Employee)
In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to spin up an open-source Clawdbot with full system access that can run in the cloud or locally, connect to tools and skills, and talk to you through platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and more. This is the same setup people are using to build personal AI assistants that can browse the web, manage emails, compare prices, and even act on real-world inputs like photos.
🧰 Who is This For
Builders who want a personal AI agent with real system access
Creators experimenting with autonomous AI workflows
Developers who want a fully open-source setup
Anyone curious about running Clawdbot beyond a chat window
Security disclaimer: Please keep in mind that Clawdbot is a self-hosted agent that can be granted access to your accounts, messages, and even your system. Use at your own risk, review the code, limit permissions, and never run it with credentials you can’t afford to expose.
STEP 1: Launch a Free Cloud Server (AWS EC2)
To run the Clawdbot in the cloud, you first need a virtual machine. AWS offers a generous free tier that’s perfect for this.
Log in to your AWS console and search for EC2. This is Amazon’s virtual server service. Click the orange Launch Instance button. Give your instance a name and choose your operating system.
For instance type, search for Free Tier and select the largest free option available (typically around 8GB memory). You can skip advanced configuration. SSH keys are recommended but not required for this tutorial.
Click Launch Instance. Once it’s running, click the instance ID, then hit Connect in the top-right, and finally Connect again to open a browser-based SSH terminal.
STEP 2: Install Clawdbot With a One-Line Command
This is the easiest part. Open a new tab and go to clawd.bot/. Copy the one-line quick-start install command from the site.
Back in your AWS terminal, paste the command and press Enter. Clawdbot installs itself automatically. The initial setup may take a few minutes, but you don’t need to configure anything manually.
Once installation finishes, the onboarding process starts immediately.

STEP 3: Complete Onboarding and Connect Your AI Model
During onboarding, you’ll be asked to confirm that you understand the risks. This is important because Clawdbot can access your system, files, and connected services. Choose Quick Start when prompted.
Next, select how you want to authenticate. If you have an Anthropic plan, choose the token paste method. You’ll be given a command to run locally to retrieve your token, then paste it back into the setup.
Choose a model. For best results, select Opus (latest).
After this, you’ll see options to connect channels like Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp. Each channel gives you pairing instructions. Follow them to link your bot.

STEP 4: Give Your Bot an Identity and Enable Skills
Now this is fun part. You’ll be asked to “hatch” the bot. This is where you define its identity.
Give it a name, define what it should call you, and describe its purpose. For example, you can tell it you’re a creator or engineer. Don’t overthink this, you can always change it later.
Once the bot is live, you can start adding skills. From here, you can expand endlessly, connect Gmail, GitHub, X, health data, or even pair it with wearable devices like Meta Ray-Ban glasses through WhatsApp.
At this point, your Clawdbot is fully operational: open-source, autonomous, multi-channel, and running either in the cloud or on your own machine.
