PLUS: How to create professional website designs fast with ready-made prompts

Good morning, AI enthusiast. Google just unveiled Gemini 3 Pro, a major upgrade to its flagship model, plus a brand-new AI-first IDE called Antigravity, signaling Google’s most aggressive push yet toward AGI.

In today’s AI newsletter:

  • Google drops Gemini 3

  • Republicans want to revive a nationwide AI Moratorium

AI MODELS

Google has launched Gemini 3, its most advanced model yet, now live in the Gemini app and AI Search. Arriving just months after Gemini 2.5, it’s an aggressive push to match (and beat) OpenAI’s GPT-5.1 and Anthropic’s Sonnet 4.5.

  • Huge jump in reasoning and nuance, with early tests reporting deeper, more thoughtful answers

  • Breaks the Humanity’s Last Exam benchmark with a record 37.4 score (beating GPT-5 Pro’s 31.64)

  • Tops human-evaluated LMArena leaderboard for user satisfaction

  • Over 650M monthly users on the Gemini app and 13M developers using Google’s AI tools

  • Gemini 3 Deepthink, a research-heavy version, coming soon for AI Ultra subscribers

  • Launches Google Antigravity, a new agentic coding environment with multi-pane workflow

  • Antigravity blends chat, terminal, browser, and agent actions to build apps end-to-end

Gemini 3 is Google’s strongest attempt yet to reclaim AI leadership. With sharper reasoning, real agent workflows, and a full AI-native development environment, Google’s pushing beyond chatbots, toward an ecosystem where AI builds software, interfaces, and entire workflows with minimal human input.

AI POLICY

House Republicans are pushing to bring back a federal ban on state-level AI laws by attaching it to the year-end National Defense Authorization Act. Majority Leader Steve Scalise says he’s considering language to stop states from enforcing their own AI rules, and President Trump has urged Congress to create one federal standard to avoid a “patchwork of 50 different regimes.”

  • The earlier moratorium failed after 99 out of 100 senators voted against it this summer

  • Lawmakers feared the old proposal was too broad and might wipe out kids’ safety and tech-related state laws

  • Both red and blue states have passed AI-related rules that would be nullified under a federal freeze

  • Supporters (including NetChoice) argue a 50-state mix of rules would cripple AI innovation and help China catch up

  • NDAA is a must-pass bill, making it a prime target for controversial amendments

This could become one of the biggest AI policy fights of the year. A federal override would shift all regulatory power to Washington, reshaping how AI companies operate nationwide, and determining how fast the US can move compared to China.

AI NEWS

NVIDIA unveiled a suite of accelerated chemistry + materials tools at SC25, allowing scientists to screen tens to hundreds of millions of molecules in weeks instead of years. Combined with Holoscan for real-time nano-imaging, labs are getting superpowers.

  • Holoscan now delivers real-time imaging under 10 nm, giving researchers instant feedback

  • New ALCHEMI NIM microservices speed up conformer search + molecular simulations at massive scale

  • ENEOS screened 10M cooling fluid candidates and 100M catalyst candidates in weeks

  • UDC is evaluating billions of OLED molecules up to 10,000x faster than before

  • GPU-accelerated pipelines cut simulations from days to seconds

This is one of the biggest accelerations in scientific R&D we’ve seen. With AI + GPUs compressing multi-year experiments into days, NVIDIA is turning materials discovery into a software problem, unlocking breakthroughs in cooling, batteries, displays, aerospace, and more at unprecedented speed.

HOW TO AI

🎨 How to Create Professional Website Designs Fast with Ready-Made Prompts

21st.dev is a free AI UI library packed with beautifully designed, animated components. Instead of writing code, you can simply copy prompts from 21st.dev and use them inside tools like Lovable, Cursor, or v0.dev to generate complete web sections instantly.

 🧰 Who is This For

  • Developers who want to build fast with AI tools like Cursor or Lovable

  • Designers looking to create web-ready UI visually

  • Founders building MVPs or landing pages without hiring a dev team

  • Anyone who wants ready-to-use UI prompts that generate real code

STEP 1: Access 21st.dev

Head to 21st.dev, you’ll land on a minimal black interface with a search box saying “What would you like to craft with AI today?”.

On the left sidebar, you’ll find dozens of categories like Cards, Buttons, Avatars, Dropdowns, and Calendars.

Each one contains pre-built animated UI components you can preview live.

STEP 2: Search or Browse Components

Use the search bar at the top or click through categories on the left.

For example, if you want to design a profile card, search “Card”, you’ll see multiple sleek options.

Click on one you like, for this tutorial, let’s pick “Display Cards” under the Cards category.

This opens a preview page showing the live animation and layout.

STEP 3: Copy Prompt or Code

Once you click on Display Cards, it opens a preview page where you can interact with the live component.

On the right-hand side, you’ll see the Code section with the exact setup you can use, including the import statements and JSX.

At the top right corner, there are two key buttons:

  • Copy Code to instantly copy the entire working component.

  • Copy Prompt if you want to reuse the same design style by prompting the AI.

For this tutorial, let’s choose Copy Prompt

Now, open Lovable, Cursor, or v0.dev, and paste the prompt inside your AI workspace.

You can tweak parameters like style, framework (Next.js / React), resolution, or tone, but even the raw prompt usually gives stunning results right away.

STEP 4: Customize and Build

Once your AI tool generates the component, you can adjust layout, animations, or add backend logic directly inside your code editor.

For example, you can tell the AI to:

  • “Make it responsive for mobile”

  • “Add a hover animation”

  • “Change theme to dark mode”

Within minutes, you’ll have a unique, production-ready design built off 21st.dev’s aesthetic but fully customized to your project.
